Renting a car or buying a car

Sometimes, renting a car is more paying than buying it. Consider your real needs ? how often will you use the car, how many miles will you travel? Also take the cost of insurance, the cost of petrol and the cost of servicing into account in your final calculation. From an economic point of view, your ?investment? will be better amortised if you rent a car.
