Pick up mushrooms while respecting the natural environment! Cut them carefully with a knife at the stump (which will be able to grow faster). Put back a few leaves to cover it up. The mushrooms can be placed in a wicker basket , this will prevent them from rotting too quickly and the spores can disappear during the transportation favouring the growth of the following year. Do not pick up mushrooms which are not familiar to you! If you have a doubt, ask the advice of a chemist who will be able to inform you. In any case do not pick up mushrooms which are not edible, as although they are not proper for your consumption they contribute to the necessary equilibrium of the forest!
