Fertilise only if weather conditions are OK

If you absolutely must treat your garden or field with some polluting fertiliser, please check that weather conditions are favourable, so as to optimise treatment: weather should not be rainy and not too sunny either. Weather should not be too windy, to avoid depositing. If weather conditions are good, treatment will be more efficient.
