Choosing your cooker

A natural gas stove is more economical and environmentally friendly. It is preferable to choose a gas cooker rather than an electric stove. However,if you are not connected to city gas and must use container gas, it's the opposite effect! It would be preferable indeed to favor an electric stove, since gas cylinders are more expensive and less environmentally friendly than electricity!
