Current dish-washers are not only more performant but they also use less water. If you can, it is a good idea to buy a dish-washer. This investment will quickly be amortised, when you do the washing up yourself, you use approximately 40 litres of water, while modern dish-washers usually need only 15 litres! AND, you can use the time NOT spent doing the washing up to do something less boring!
