Use soap instead of shower gel

Good old soap has no equal when it comes to protecting the environment. Shower gel can provoke a lot more allergies than traditional and natural soap. Contrary to what you may think, soap does not provoke allergies, respects the skin's ph and does not irritate it. If you have a sensitive skin, you can buy some soap with honey or olive oil.
