Use organic toothpaste

First, use toothpastes without any packaging?! That's one thing. Then, choose organic toothpastes, which are just as good as industrial ones. They may foam less (no chemical agents) but if you brush your teeth properly, that is not an issue. Organic toothpaste may be a little more salty, but salt is good for your bums and will whiten your teeth!
