Save energy when unfreezing your frozen food

To unfreeze a frozen product, put it in the fridge the day before eating it. It will unfreeze slowly, with no degradation. AND, this process will cool your fridge down, using the frozen product as energy to cooll your fridge down. The loop is looped!
